# Director Strategy and Transformation Consultant - Consumer Product and Retail
## DIRECTOR STRATEGY AND TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT - CONSUMER PRODUCT AND RETAIL

## YOUR ROLE
As a key leader in our Consumer Product and Retail (CPR) consulting team, you will drive strategic growth and delivery excellence across major accounts in the Retail sector. You will collaborate closely with our Swiss and global capability units and senior client stakeholders to shape innovative, data-driven, and sustainable solutions that reflect the evolving retail landscape.
What you can expect in this role:
* Leading strategic account planning, go-to-market initiatives, delivery performance, and financial outcomes at an executive level;
* Identifying and capturing business growth opportunities in the Swiss CPR market, and specifically Retail sector, with a focus on customer experience, digital transformations, and ESG-driven models;
* Designing, executing and overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex large-scale retail transformation programs, including supply chain optimization, commercial excellence, and customer experience innovation;
* Leveraging data insights and sustainability trends to shape future-ready retail strategies, using AI, predictive analytics, and customer segmentation;
* Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and oversee delivery across multiple client engagements in Switzerland.
## YOUR PROFILE
* Over 10 years of experience in a Management Consulting environment in digital transformation for Consumer Products and Retail (CPR) industry;
* Deep understanding of market shifts, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics within Swiss and global retail trends;
* Expertise in online-to-offline (O2O) strategies within Omnichannel & Digital Commerce, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) models, retail operations and supply chain including logistics, inventory optimization, last-mile delivery, ESG-driven retail models, circular economy, and responsible sourcing;
* Proficiency in commercial strategy with a proven record of driving profitability and growth, disciplined financial execution, and effective risk and opportunity management;
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex contracts, define strategic value propositions, set and execute strategy and lead complex large-scale client engagements with a hands-on, forward-thinking leadership style, client gravitas and a hunger for winning;
* Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German are mandatory on the C1 level minimum (French skills are a plus).
