Anforderungen
- •12+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or IT consulting
- •Proven leadership experience managing consulting teams
- •Deep understanding of enterprise IT, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and data ecosystems
- •Strong track record in client development, sales, and revenue growth
- •Industry expertise in Consumer Products & Retail, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Luxury/Watchmaking
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German (minimum C1 level required)
- •Additional French proficiency (C1 level) is a strong advantage
- •Entrepreneurial mindset and high emotional intelligence

- •Manage IT Operating Model (ITOM) and IT Performance Management
- •Oversee IT M&A and post-merger integration
- •Shape hyperscaler partner ecosystem strategy
- •Ensure data-driven ESG reporting and regulatory alignment
- •Execute the Swiss go-to-market strategy in alignment with leadership
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
