Anforderungen

•Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
•3 years of team management experience
•Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field
•Proven experience in a leadership role focused on business intelligence
•In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations, processes, and KPIs
•Proficiency in data analysis tools and predictive modeling
•Fluency in English
•Strong analytical, diagnostic, and creative problem-solving skills
•Experienced people manager
•Personal and team resilience
•Good understanding of supply chain principles and operating practices

•Lead a team of high-performing analysts to produce standardized supply chain reports
•Leverage SQL and data tools to address key business questions
•Generate actionable insights from data analysis
•Build, coach, and inspire your team in a collaborative environment
•Set strategic direction for data analytics to enhance supply chain performance
•Define and govern supply chain KPIs with KPI owners
•Develop performance metrics and ensure metric integrity
•Ensure data quality across all reporting products
•Proactively identify and resolve data issues
•Communicate clearly and timely with stakeholders
•Own the stability and performance of key reporting products and tools
•Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs
•Create scalable Power BI data visualizations
•Establish and evolve performance management cadence and reporting packages
•Drive actionable insights and identify optimization opportunities
•Apply advanced analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement
•Collaborate with global teams to drive continuous improvement
