For our New Business organization in Germany we are searching for a Director Sales Intralogistics - Germany (m/f/d).
Your head office is Neuburg a.d. Kammel, with some remote days optionally.
It is necessary that there is fluency in German and English.
**Your tasks**
* Responsible for the management of the entire lead to realization sales activities in a dynamic and growing technology driven organisation
* Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement business plans that align with broader organizational goals and corporate strategy
* Communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Leading and developing directly 6 managers and a team of more than 50 to increase employee performance and satisfaction.
* Develop and achieve the P&L according to the budget plan.
* Enforce adherence to global defined sales methodology and oversee CRM activities
**Your profile**
* Ideally, a technical university degree complemented with a business administration or management degree with a high affinity to sales pipeline management and methodology.
* Extensive experience in sales and realization of with a strong technical background, ideally in the area of intralogistics or automation.
* Extensive experience in leadership and organizational development
* Could prove a success story in sales results and change management abilities
* Profund abilities in CRM such as salesforce, Office365 and SAP 4 Hana preferred
* High command of English and German and communication skills on all hierarchy levels
