- •Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders
- •Full professional proficiency in German and English is essential

- •Drive strategic development of the Real Estate business in Frankfurt
- •Identify and pursue growth opportunities in key sectors
- •Build relationships with new clients and expand existing partnerships
- •Represent the company in the Frankfurt market to enhance brand visibility
- •Develop compelling proposals and lead bid processes for new commissions
- •Lead, inspire, and develop a team of project and cost management professionals
- •Attract, hire, and onboard new talent to support expansion
- •Coach and mentor team members for their professional development
- •Collaborate with fellow Directors and teams across Germany and Europe
- •Act as the senior contact for major international clients in the Frankfurt region
- •Support global account structures to ensure excellent service delivery
- •Identify cross-selling opportunities across broader service offerings
- •Strengthen relationships with key market players in office projects
- •Ensure quality and successful delivery of major Real Estate projects
- •Maintain oversight of project status, resource planning, and risk areas
- •Support project teams in negotiations and stakeholder management
- •Coordinate staffing and optimize resource allocation based on project needs
