Director R&D Program Management(m/w/x)

In this role, you will drive complex projects and strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency across drug development. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with senior leadership and fostering innovation within diverse teams.

Anforderungen

• •Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc) in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field
• •Over 5 years of proven experience leading cross-functional teams
• •Expert knowledge of pharmaceutical drug-development processes
• •Proven competency in budget & resource management
• •Advanced project-management methodologies; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus
• •Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-influencing skills
• •Excellent documented leadership skills including situational leadership
• •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority
• •High proficiency with digital PM/portfolio tools
• •Process-oriented with ability to create and drive process
• •Proven track-record in implementing system/process improvements
• •Ability to pivot flexibly from strategy to operations
