DIRECTOR R&D/PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead a diverse, global engineering team while driving innovation and shaping the future of electromagnetic compatibility solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve guiding product development, influencing stakeholders, and optimizing engineering strategies to support significant growth.

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• •Significant leadership experience in engineering, typically 10+ years
• •Strong technical foundation in electrical/electronic design
• •Proven track record in driving complex innovation programs
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for leading stakeholders
• •Strong English language skills for global collaboration
• •German language skills as an asset for communication
• •Willingness to be present in Luterbach or commute multiple days per week
• •International travel as needed to key engineering and customer locations
• •Travel requirement of 25% to 50%
