Anforderungen
- •Extensive experience building and scaling People & Culture functions in international, fast-growing organizations
- •Strong background in leading organizations through complex change phases
- •Deep understanding of designing scalable people processes and systems
- •Demonstrated ability to define and build a strong target culture
- •Experience partnering closely with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders
- •Confidence navigating ambiguity and complexity
- •Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills
- •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
