• •Collaborate with service teams to drive continuous improvement.
• •Monitor support metrics to inform product enhancements.
• •Champion knowledge-sharing across technical and service teams.
• •Define and manage the pricing strategy for the imaging portfolio.
• •Ensure pricing reflects market positioning and customer value.
• •Develop pricing models to support sales teams.
• •Monitor pricing performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• •Plan and monitor the Imaging Product Management budget.
• •Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers.
• •Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• •Facilitate decision-making by aligning teams on goals.
• •Define a product training framework for Sales and Service teams.
• •Oversee the creation of a centralized knowledge base.
• •Monitor training effectiveness and improve content continuously.
