Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or related field
- •10–15+ years of leadership experience in operational excellence, strategy, or PMI
- •Proven success in leading enterprise integrations and transformation initiatives
- •Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, organizational design, and program governance
- •Strong executive presence with stakeholder alignment and influence capabilities
- •Financial and strategic acumen with Board-level reporting experience
- •International experience in complex, multicultural environments
- •Ability to drive measurable value creation and cultural alignment post-merger
