Anforderungen
- •10+ years of experience in semiconductor facilities management, facilities engineering, or closely related technical leadership role
- •Strong understanding of critical facility systems in semiconductor fabs
- •Demonstrated experience with cleanroom planning and execution
- •Proactivity and versatility in high-change environments
- •Organizational skills and clarity in leadership during rapid scaling
- •Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- •Mindset of continuous improvement and willingness to challenge assumptions
- •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field

Deine Aufgaben
- •Define and execute the long-term facilities roadmap for FabOne
- •Oversee planning, design, and execution of cleanroom and sub-fab infrastructure projects
- •Ensure facilities systems meet semiconductor manufacturing requirements and future capacity goals
- •Direct maintenance, inspection, servicing, and repair activities across the fab
- •Establish world-class facility uptime and reliability standards
- •Drive continuous optimization of building-related and process-critical systems
- •Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary Facilities team
- •Develop organizational processes, documentation standards, and operational playbooks
- •Manage vendor relationships and contractor oversight
- •Lead plant layout, site development, utility planning, and environmental compliance initiatives
- •Oversee waste management systems, including chemical waste and recycling processes
- •Ensure operations meet or exceed regional environmental, safety, and regulatory standards
- •Own end-to-end project management for facility expansion and improvement initiatives
- •Drive technical optimization and process streamlining
- •Collaborate with Production, Tool Install, EHS, Quality, and R&D teams to support operational readiness
