Anforderungen
- •Proven experience leading technical data teams at Manager or Director level
- •Strong hands-on experience in data modeling and building scalable data products
- •Deep expertise with modern data stacks (BigQuery, Airbyte, dbt, cloud data platforms)
- •Solid understanding of data governance, lineage, and quality frameworks
- •Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and BI
- •Experience in a SaaS B2B environment with knowledge of SaaS metrics and data requirements
- •Excellent communication skills and ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving
- •Knowledge of tracking platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Segment) or preparing data for AI/ML initiatives

- •Define and own the DataOps vision and roadmap
- •Provide thought leadership on data architecture and governance
- •Ensure the DataOps team enables accurate KPIs and business impact
- •Lead the development of scalable data models reflecting company KPIs
- •Guide the design and optimization of ELT pipelines
- •Ensure seamless migration from Azure to BigQuery
- •Define and document business logic for core data assets
- •Partner with Product and Engineering for accurate data modeling
- •Guarantee implementation of tracking data points for analytics
- •Provide feedback to Product teams on KPI definitions and tracking
- •Ensure alignment of business logic representation in the warehouse
- •Mentor and grow Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers
- •Drive best practices in observability and data quality
- •Enable the team to balance strategic priorities with operational excellence
