Anforderungen
- •Master’s Degree in relevant field
- •Minimum of 10 years related experience
- •Proven expertise in Market Access
- •Strong Leadership capabilities
- •Fluent in English and ideally other languages
- •Analytical competencies for complex issues
- •Strong organization and planning skills
- •Self-motivated with excellent time management
- •Ability to work with minimum supervision

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop and execute reimbursement submission strategies across multiple countries.
- •Create health cost economic analysis tools for partners and internal use.
- •Manage updates to core value dossiers for ReCor products in EMEA.
- •Foster effective relationships with sales, marketing, regulatory, and clinical teams.
- •Facilitate conversations with Key Opinion Leaders and Clinical Societies.
- •Establish and maintain Advisory Boards and Expert Working Groups.
- •Identify opportunities and threats from policy and value assessment changes.
- •Represent ReCor at national trade associations and highlight market developments.
- •Engage with HTA processes and manage submissions and consultations.
- •Drive updates to country-level position statements and guidelines.
- •Stay informed on clinical trials to enhance health economic messaging.
- •Prepare and update Market Access presentations for partners and internal use.
- •Assist in writing articles and preparing professional materials.
- •Perform additional duties as assigned by the Vice President, Market Access.
