Anforderungen
- •Fully qualified German lawyer (1st and 2nd German State Exam or equivalent)
- •10 years prior litigation/arbitration experience in international law firm or in-house counsel role, ideally in life science or pharmaceutical
- •Supportive interpersonal team player
- •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- •Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- •High degree of personal ethics, integrity, and accountability
- •Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and exercise sound business judgment

- •Perform legal and business risk assessments
- •Provide strategic advice during negotiations
- •Manage product liability cases across jurisdictions
- •Oversee outside counsel for litigation and arbitration
- •Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders
- •Analyze relevant facts and documents
- •Assist in managing public disclosures and SEC filings
- •Improve standard form agreements and legal processes
- •Develop and conduct training sessions
