**About the role**
The Director IT Business Partnering at Nexperia will drive our Global Digital Business Transformation initiatives for the Business Groups. This role is pivotal in delivering platforms and technology to support customer experience and simplified business processes. The position reports directly to Nexperia’s Head of Digitalization with a dotted line to the Business Group Leaders.

* Define and prioritize Nexperia’s short- and long-term Digital Transformation Strategy for the assigned scope (Business Groups)
* Identify and align priority areas based on internal business needs and external trends
* Lead the overall Digital Transformation, including clear and aligned prioritization of digital projects
* Design, develop, and deploy a world-leading digital service delivery platform
* Build and implement robust market-specific digital roadmaps across the customer journey to enable digitalization
* Lead the transformation of customer experience and market-facing capabilities
* Enable change and incubation of new ideas and digital solutions by leveraging technology startups and academic connections
* Act as the internal and external advocate/evangelist and culture builder of the Digital/Tech era of Nexperia.
* Drive internal and external communications to position Nexperia as a Digital leader in the market

* 10+ years of experience in driving digital transformation throughout the entire value chain
* Proven experience in driving technology and business model transformations that maximize
* both organizational value/revenues and customer satisfaction
* Deep expertise in Digital transformations, Digital Marketing, Cloud models, global platforms, and ecosystems development
* Proven experience in increasing business value from digital engagement channels in B2B and B2C
* Experience working in an international environment with distributed teams and diverse cultures
* Creative thinker with excellent conceptual and analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Effective collaboration with partners and ability to resolve conflicts constructively
* Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and build strong relationships with peers and partners
