Anforderungen

•Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
•Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in talent management, learning & development, or organizational development
•Deep expertise in global talent, learning, and development strategies
•Proven ability to align people strategies with business objectives
•Strategic thinker with a future-focused mindset
•Excellent communicator and influencer
•Strong relationship builder with a track record of managing sustainable partnerships
•Experienced leader with the ability to develop, motivate, and empower teams
