Anforderungen

•Educational background in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
•Minimum 5 years of experience in HSEQ or operational leadership role
•Additional certifications in HSEQ management, sustainability, or risk governance
•Deep expertise in HSEQ regulations, occupational health and safety, and environmental science
•Experience and understanding of human factors and behaviour-based safety
•Proficiency in analysing data and evaluating risks
•Ability to design and implement impactful HSEQ strategies
•Exceptional communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders
•Strong relationship builder with ability to foster meaningful partnerships
•Demonstrated leadership in managing and motivating large teams

•Design and execute a forward-looking HSEQ strategy
•Champion digital innovation in HSEQ systems and tools
•Ensure compliance with global HSEQ standards and tools
•Develop frameworks for assurance, control, and risk management
•Establish data-driven reporting systems for informed decisions
•Engage with the Bilfinger Safety Council and Executive Management
•Lead an international team of HSEQ leaders
•Drive a safety improvement program focused on cultural change
•Modernize HSE approaches and track leading indicators
•Engage the workforce in a behavioral safety program
