Anforderungen

  • •Proven track record in cost-optimization programs
  • •At least 7 years of experience in business transformation, strategic consulting, and/or corporate finance
  • •Several years of work experience in Finance & Controlling
  • •Prior experience in biotech or pharmaceutical companies
  • •Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Natural Sciences, or a related field
  • •Knowledge of tools and processes for transformation implementation
  • •Financial modeling expertise
  • •High analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • •Very good communication skills
  • •Fluency in English
  • •German proficiency is a plus
  • •Passion for driving transformation and innovation in biotech
