Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in finance, controlling, accounting, or business administration
- •Professional certifications (CIMA, CPA, ACCA, CMA)
- •Expertise in SAP ECC (FI/CO) or SAP S/4 R2R stream and COGNOS and Power BI
- •Profound experience in finance and accounting, including leadership roles
- •Strong knowledge of financial reporting, planning, and German statutory requirements
- •Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- •Fluency in English and German to communicate professionally

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support the Managing Director and Management Team in executing the business plan to double the business by 2030
- •Lead the implementation of SAP S/4 as a pilot in the German Sales Organization
- •Drive change and project management initiatives, including process improvements and digitalization
- •Develop and manage a Business Controller and foster collaboration within the SSC Accounting team
- •Act as a business partner to local and regional stakeholders, providing financial insights for decision-making
- •Oversee financial reporting, statutory and tax compliance, and financial accounting activities
- •Drive business and financial planning, budgeting, and analytics using SAP and BI tools
