- •Master’s degree in human resources, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- •12+ years of experience in (executive) compensation
- •Experience working with Boards and senior executives in a Swiss public listed, global organization
- •In-depth knowledge of labor law, tax, and social security regulations across jurisdictions
- •High integrity and discretion
- •Capability of guiding high-level decisions with diplomacy and clarity
- •Skilled in data analysis, financial basics, market benchmarking, and peer comparisons
- •Experience in managing processes and projects with audit readiness

- •Drive the development of executive pay strategies
- •Refine remuneration structures to align with business needs
- •Co-design and implement remuneration plans and benefit schemes
- •Coordinate goal-setting and performance evaluations for incentive plans
- •Advise on terms and draft employment and settlement agreements
- •Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- •Support the Compensation Committee secretary with governance
- •Manage documentation and disclosures for the Compensation Report
- •Oversee payroll and regulatory filings for executives and Board members
- •Conduct peer benchmarking and monitor regulatory trends
- •Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- •Engage with internal leaders and external stakeholders on remuneration practices
