Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in engineering or related field
- •Licensed/Registered Professional status (e.g., P.Eng.); LEED certification beneficial
- •At least 6 years' experience with international MEP consultancy practice
- •Familiarity with European markets and regulatory environments
- •Strong technical expertise in hotel planning and MEP systems design
- •Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- •Proficiency in CAD or other drafting software, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Acrobat
- •Frequent travel (approximately 40% of time), depending on project activity
- •Right to work in Switzerland or eligibility for Swiss work permit

- •Lead reviews of MEP, Fire Life Safety, and Security systems
- •Collaborate with stakeholders, owners, and consultants on MEP systems
- •Monitor project progress and escalate issues to the VP of Engineering
- •Conduct site visits to assess construction quality
- •Review shop drawings, equipment specifications, and material samples
- •Support Pre-Opening Directors with commissioning programs
- •Gather feedback from operations to enhance MEP design processes
- •Update and maintain Four Seasons MEP Engineering Standards
- •Support sustainability and ESG initiatives
- •Prequalify and recommend MEP consultants
- •Meet with suppliers to review products and services
- •Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives
