- •Lead the annual global campaign and communications calendar
- •Ensure consistent storytelling and impactful brand presence
- •Oversee integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels
- •Develop compelling communication strategies and key visuals
- •Deliver messaging, creative assets, and PR plans
- •Co-own the product and trade marketing strategy
- •Deliver scalable toolkits for omnichannel sales and retail execution
- •Execute national and international marketing communication activities
- •Inspire and manage a high-performing communications team
- •Foster creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the team
- •Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Brand Portfolio Management teams
- •Drive impactful campaigns to increase brand visibility
- •Manage the communications and marketing budget
- •Define KPIs and leverage data-driven insights for campaign effectiveness
- •Build strong relationships with agencies, media, and partners
- •Ensure compliance and continuous improvement based on insights
