Maxon is looking for a dynamic and experienced Direct and Channel Sales Director for EMEA to drive sales growth and market expansion across the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams, establishing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth through direct and channel sales.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration across the EMEA region.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of direct and channel sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and meet or exceed sales quotas.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
* Identify market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
* Drive channel partner recruitment, enablement, and engagement initiatives to expand Maxon's presence in key vertical markets and geographic regions.
* Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market dynamics to provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:**
* Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in direct and channel sales leadership roles, preferably within the software or technology industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets in the EMEA region.
* Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner ecosystems, and distribution channels.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth and customer success.
* Ability to travel frequently within the EMEA region as needed.
