# Digital Solution Content Curation Specialist (f/m/d) **YOUR FUTURE ROLE** The Digital Transformation & Innovation team is responsible for helping the MEE Corporate & GROW organization reach the right audience, at the right time, with the right message to turn into customers who will benefit from high lifetime value together with SAP. As a Digital Solution Content Curation Specialist (f/m/d), you will collaborate with all stakeholders to deliver demand generation solution assets and campaigns within the Digital Hub. By driving the execution demand chain, you will be helping to follow SAP’s strategy to complete the Suite. Key Responsibilities and Tasks: As a Digital Solution Content Curation Specialist (f/m/d), you will work on the team that drives seamless E2E customer buying experiences via digital content, improve business outcomes and deal velocity by localizing and making reusable content accessible. These are some of the responsibilities you will have: * Serve as the liaison to the Digital Solution Advisory team, ensuring that current and relevant solution knowledge is utilized in digital campaigns and sales cycles. * Curate, create and manage reusable, modular or contextualized digital solution assets in support of digitally enhanced outbound demand generation, deal support and customer success activities in alignment with business priorities. * Lead collaboration with Marketing, Presales and other content providers to identify and tailor digital content for outbound demand generation campaigns. Content is mostly adjusted according to the country, solution and industry needs of the campaign. Typical campaign contents are - but not exclusively - videos, microsites, infographics, and mockups. * Provide feedback to support improvement across the content supply chain. * Develop and promote best practices to elevate the digital DNA within SAP and its ecosystem of partners. Help embed digital practices into customer engagement/selling motions. * Conduct or support innovative digital assets related initiatives with the aim to continuously enhance the customer digital experience, drive automation and make the content self-service and easy to consume. **YOUR PROFILE** * Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or comparable education. * Several years of experience in Demand Generation, Marketing, Communication or Sales environment. * Preferably digital (remote) experience, specifically high volume customer facing experience. * Excellent communication skills, able to craft strong, compelling messages, addressing customer audiences effectively. * Preferably high technical proficiency in several Digital assets creation related tools. * Advanced understanding of digital demand campaign execution, digital content and campaign creation, productivity tools and related KPIs. * Excellent communication skills in English and German required. **ABOUT THE TEAM** SAP MEE Corporate & GROW is one of the leading and most innovative teams in the company, aimed at delivering exceptional customer experiences in a scalable, speedy, and personalized fashion.
