Anforderungen
- •Two-year associate degree in electro-mechanical, electrical design, process, or related field
- •Three years of machine troubleshooting experience
- •High school diploma and three years of machine troubleshooting experience
- •Expertise in controls and processes for one product line
- •Proficiency in product line technology (software and process)
- •Technical and troubleshooting skill set
- •Ability to VPN into customer machines to troubleshoot PLCs, drives, and devices
- •Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems
- •Ability to travel at least 10%

Deine Aufgaben
- •Communicate with customers and field service techs to resolve equipment issues
- •Evaluate, implement, and test new technology
- •Respond urgently to unplanned customer issues and provide breakdown support for component replacements
- •Document customer issues and resolutions in the CRM system
- •Support on-the-go programming changes
- •Engage in proactive communication with the product line engineering team
- •Utilize technical skills to support the team and customers
- •Review customer data and react to alarms to improve productivity
- •Identify continuous improvement opportunities for process enhancement
- •Create and maintain a safe working environment
- •Perform other assigned duties
