Anforderungen

•Two-year associate degree in electro-mechanical, electrical design, process, or related field
•Three years of machine troubleshooting experience
•High school diploma and three years of machine troubleshooting experience
•Expertise in controls and processes for one product line
•Proficiency in product line technology (software and process)
•Technical and troubleshooting skill set
•Ability to VPN into customer machines to troubleshoot PLCs, drives, and devices
•Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems
•Ability to travel at least 10%

•Communicate with customers and field service techs to resolve equipment issues
•Evaluate, implement, and test new technology
•Respond urgently to unplanned customer issues and provide breakdown support for component replacements
•Document customer issues and resolutions in the CRM system
•Support on-the-go programming changes
•Engage in proactive communication with the product line engineering team
•Utilize technical skills to support the team and customers
•Review customer data and react to alarms to improve productivity
•Identify continuous improvement opportunities for process enhancement
•Create and maintain a safe working environment
•Perform other assigned duties
