Digital Operations Expert Central Europe(m/w/x)

The Digital Operations Expert (m/f/d) combines operational know-how with digital expertise to boost productivity, quality, and efficiency across corrugated manufacturing sites. This role ensures the seamless integration of digital tools into operational workflows and drives standardisation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the region. **Your mission:** * Implement and optimise digital systems at plant level and across regional manufacturing operations * Drive the standardisation of digital practices and foster alignment between plants and central functions * Identify improvement opportunities in productivity, maintenance, waste, and quality through data analysis and collaboration with CI and plant leaders * Lead or support regional projects focused on digital transformation and performance improvement * Analyse KPIs to uncover trends, enable better decisions, and drive measurable results * Facilitate best-practice sharing across sites to accelerate digital adoption and operational excellence * Support workforce enablement through training, change management, and continuous improvement in digital tools **Your profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or similar; Master’s degree is a plus * 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, ideally with a focus on digital transformation or systems implementation * Skilled in using digital tools (e.g. dashboards, data automation, reporting) to enhance operational performance * Proven experience in project management and cross-site implementation of digital initiatives * Strong understanding of operational excellence, process improvement, and KPI-based decision-making * Fluent in English, able to communicate clearly across both technical and operational teams; German language skills are advantageous * Hands-on, collaborative mindset with a passion for driving change and building cross-functional networks **Our offer:** * An inspiring position in our Operations department * Start: immediate start possible * Location: Germany * Duration: unlimited contract * Extent: full-time, 40 hours Benefits: Learning & Development; Coaching; Discount for employees possible; Parking **Our strength lies in our diversity.** We are dedicated to creating a team that reflects the diversity of the world we operate in.
