# Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to join the Revenue Marketing Team in DACH. As a specialist in demand generation and growth tactics you are the subject matter expert on all things digital marketing. With your growth mindset you will ensure that you expand our reach into our target audiences, generate demand and capture leads.
Being part of a multi-disciplinary team you collaborate with your colleagues from content marketing, sales and product management to define and execute the best strategy to drive demand for Aareon Verwaltung, our business unit that is dedicated to serve the needs of Property Managers (third-party administrators and homeowners associations).

**Your Tasks:**
* Grow new logo acquisition using digital channels
* Increase inbound traffic, lead generation and on-site conversion for the Aareon Verwaltung product portfolio
* Multi-channel digital marketing – you own the digital channels and platforms such as Linkedin and Google. You manage and execute the digital campaigns on paid and owned channels to drive inbound
* Build and optimize an effective customer marketing programme comprising of digital nurturing campaigns and product-led growth initiatives
* Marketing automation – as the expert user of HubSpot you design, execute and optimize e-mail marketing campaigns, nurture flows and landing pages
* You support digital commerce initiatives and improve the online purchasing experience
* Full funnel reporting – you analyze data, monitor progress and take accountability for results. You ensure that all the relevant data from web, advertising platforms is reported back in Hubspot and Salesforce.com Sales Cloud
**Your Profile:**
* Bachelor degree in Marketing, complemented with digital marketing certifications
* 2-3 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in a high volume, high transaction market
* Fully proficient in Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Marketo or similar)
* Proficiency and hands-on experience in managing campaigns on all main ad platforms, CRO and SEO
* Deeply familiar with Google analytics, Salesforce reporting (knowledge of and experience with attribution is a plus)
