This role is crucial for acquiring and nurturing customers (hospitals, medical practices) digitally. The position reports to the Omnichannel Manager Central & Eastern Europe. To be successful, the candidate needs to have a proven track record in B2B Digital Marketing, ideally in MedTech, with a solid grasp on Analytics, CRM, CMS, and e-Commerce. And find satisfaction in doing your part to make the world a better place. **Become a maker of possible with us!** Localization: Deutschland – Hybrid  including offices in Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe. **Job Responsibilities:** * **Campaign Management:** Implement omnichannel marketing campaigns that engage healthcare professionals through various channels, including email, social media, webinars, and digital advertising. * Localize European omnichannel **marketing campaigns** **that** align with business objectives and target audience needs * Design local German campaigns in collaboration with Strategic Account Managers and GSA Corporate Marketing * **Digital Marketing channels:** Manage digital marketing channels, including website, webinars, social media, LinkedIn, email, and paid advertising * **Content Creation:** Create and manage digital content that is consistent with the brand identity and guidelines, suitable for different platforms * **Analytics and Reporting:** Monitor and measure the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools (Saleforce.com, PowerBI). Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. * **E-Commerce:** Manage businesses’ digital marketing platforms and regulate their online sales. As an e-commerce specialist, you work to help create the right e-commerce platform to lastly increase sales on these e-commerce websites through digital marketing, targeted search engine optimization (SEO), and data analysis * **Lead Management:** Utilize CRM (SFDC) to manage, track, and analyze customer interactions and ensure Lead-Follow-up * **Web Page Owner** (Bd.com, focus on GSA) – maintain content in collaboration with EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) and local teams of Business Units and Corporate Marketing * **Content approval**: upload on Veeva Vault Promo Mats platform and monitor approval * **Content Translation** and transcreation: supervise the translation of assets in C&EE languages (Polish, German) and their usage in Synthesia and TransPerfect * **Project Support**: support the Omnichannel Manager C&EE in critical projects like website enhancements, piloting AI tools, improving omnichannel process and capabilities * **Pioneer Omnichannel**: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, including Gen AI, to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective.
