Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Life Sciences, or related field
- •Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or project coordination
- •Hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress, Drupal, or similar) and social media tools (Sprout Social)
- •Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
- •Experience in healthcare, education, or non-profit sectors
- •Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and digital reporting dashboards
- •Familiarity with event platforms (Cvent, Zoom Webinar) and CRM systems (Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- •Additional European language skills (German, Spanish, or French)
- •Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude

Deine Aufgaben
- •Maintain and update the FOR website
- •Execute digital content publication and SEO optimization
- •Track performance using Google Analytics and related tools
- •Manage daily social media operations through Sprout Social
- •Ensure consistent messaging and engagement on social media
- •Support digital campaigns and community growth
- •Communicate with the global FOR audience via Intercom and CRM tools
- •Coordinate activities of the Scientific Council, Education Council, and Emerging Leader Program (ELP)
- •Organize meetings and documentation for councils
- •Assist in planning webinars and global educational events
- •Utilize Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cvent for event execution
- •Prepare reports and presentations for campaign performance
- •Collaborate with Marketing, Science, and Education teams for brand alignment
