JOIN THE TASTE. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * As a Development Manager (m/f/d), you will take the lead in designing and executing employee development strategies, including leadership training, career pathing, and succession planning. * In close collaboration with business leaders, you will assess organizational development needs and implement tailored solutions that support both individual and company-wide growth. * You will be responsible for overseeing training initiatives across all levels of the organization – from onboarding programs to executive development. * Using data and analytics, you will evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * You will manage a team of learning and development professionals as well as external partners, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business goals. * Together with HR Business Partners, you will align development initiatives with performance management and employee engagement strategies. * Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth will be a key part of your role. * You will also develop and manage the overall development and training budget. **WHAT YOU BRING** * You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. * You bring at least five years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Learning & Development or Talent Management – ideally gained in an industrial or consulting environment.
