Anforderungen
- •3-8+ years of experience in technical post-sales role
- •Ability to write, debug, and reason through Python and/or TypeScript
- •Comfort with learning APIs, SDKs, and developer tools
- •Personal ownership of technical problems
- •Clear, empathetic, and effective communication
- •Insatiable curiosity about LLM use cases
- •Experience supporting developer tools, ML infrastructure, or observability platforms
- •Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs
- •Comfort working with datasets, evaluation metrics, or prompt engineering
- •Experience contributing to support tooling, documentation, or product-led growth initiatives
- •Senior technical team member or tech lead experience
- •Experience submitting PRs to production codebases
- •Cloud certifications or equivalent experience with containerized environments

- •Identify opportunities to enhance the developer experience
- •Write scripts and fix bugs to improve internal tooling
- •Capture and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering
- •Participate in on-call rotations for critical customer issues

- •Develop strategies to improve developer experience and product reliability
