- •8+ years of product design experience in enterprise software
- •3+ years in design leadership roles
- •Proven track record of leading design strategy
- •Experience mentoring designers and fostering design excellence
- •2+ years of hands-on experience designing AI-powered features, conversational interfaces, or intelligent automation tools
- •Deep understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations
- •Portfolio showcasing real-world AI product experiences
- •Strong systems thinking ability with experience designing for complex workflows
- •Understanding of observability, monitoring, or analytics domains (preferred but not required)
- •Experience working within design systems and contributing to scalable design solutions
- •Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- •Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
- •Experience partnering with product managers, engineers, and data scientists
