Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, International Relations, Political Science, or similar
- •1-3 years of financial services compliance experience
- •Knowledge of the Swiss legal framework
- •Excellent command of English and French
- •Analytical and methodological approach
- •Structured and professional working style
- •Interest and experience in data analysis and PowerPoint
- •Excellent writing and communication skills
- •Strong team player in a multicultural, dynamic, technological, and international environment

- •Conduct reviews of key clients from an AML/CTF standpoint
- •Perform enhanced due diligence analyses
- •Draft formal compliance assessments for multiple complex cases
- •Provide support and advice to the front office and management
- •Assist the Manager in daily team support and responses to questions
- •Conduct second-level reviews of team members’ assessments
- •Serve as a trusted role model for work quality and efficiency
- •Develop and update internal compliance policies and procedures
- •Optimize internal processes by reviewing and drafting guidelines
