Deine Aufgaben
- •Support and advise team members in Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance departments
- •Embody the Sephora Attitude by being welcoming, knowledgeable, and effective in closing sales
- •Sell products using in-depth product knowledge and build customer relationships
- •Share knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news with the team and customers
- •Lead, coach, and develop the team to enhance customer experience
- •Onboard new employees and organize training sessions
- •Manage the sales floor to ensure smooth daily operations and commercial excellence
- •Act as a role model for the Sephora Attitude and instill the Sephora DNA in the team
- •Delegate tasks and ensure their successful completion
- •Communicate targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them
- •Conduct inventories to maintain optimal product availability
- •Oversee the full product handling cycle, including receiving, storage, and returns
- •Ensure proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register management
- •Maintain daily store operations, including cleanliness, pricing, and product replenishment
- •Collaborate on visual merchandising, brand updates, and in-store promotions
- •Support Click & Collect processes when available
- •Ensure department operations comply with Sephora Audit rules
- •Monitor and manage departmental expenses
- •Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year growth
- •Perform additional tasks related to daily business operations
