## Job Description
* Technical and disciplinary leadership of the PCB Layout department
* Ensuring an efficient and quality-oriented layout process
* Responsibility for the use, maintenance, and development of CAD tools and licenses (e.g. Zuken CR-8000)
* Establishing and further developing methods and processes in PCB design
* Close collaboration with electronics development, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and external partners
* Resource planning, team development, and promotion of training and continuing education
* Support in the selection of new technologies and in the strategic direction of the department
## Qualifications
* Completed degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in PCB design, ideally with leadership experience
* In-depth knowledge of common EDA tools, preferably Zuken CR-8000
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
* Strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and high social competence
