Anforderungen

•Several years of relevant work experience in digital product management, eCommerce/omnichannel optimization, digital services, subscriptions or add-on products
•Experience in working in matrix or international organizations
•Proven track record of operational delivery beyond pure strategy
•Strong understanding of eCommerce funnels and digital/omnichannel optimization, UX principles and customer journeys, CRM, loyalty and post-purchase engagement
•High level of comfort with agile/sprint-based teams, backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria
•Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into concrete actions

•Drive cross-functional service projects from concept to implementation
•Translate service propositions into digital use cases and roadmaps
•Ensure timely and on-scope delivery of initiatives with defined KPIs
•Collaborate within the international matrix organization for alignment
•Manage the Services & Solutions Digital roadmap and initiative portfolio
•Run ideation and prioritization processes with international teams
•Work closely with Product and Tech for refinements and prioritization
•Manage risks and escalations effectively
•Optimize the customer journey for clarity and relevance of services
•Enhance service storytelling, content, and UX flows
•Ensure omnichannel consistency between online and in-store experiences
•Define and track business targets and KPIs for value realization
