Anforderungen
- •Undergraduate degree in business, supply chain, or engineering
- •Several years of experience in commercial or supply chain organization
- •Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred
- •SAP and APO or OMP experience and knowledge preferred
- •Effective and timely communication skills
- •Broad flexibility and aptitude to work in a team
- •Strong analytical and organizational skills
- •Analysis and judgment capability

Deine Aufgaben
- •Serve as the primary interface for demand planning and execution
- •Execute the demand fulfillment process and escalate abnormal demand
- •Prioritize demand management during supply disruptions
- •Monitor forecast consumption and identify deviations from the plan
- •Investigate and escalate issues to demand planners and supply chain
- •Facilitate weekly Demand/Supply Reconciliation meetings
- •Approve adjustments to the execution plan based on performance
- •Update the operational forecast in OMP for significant changes
- •Lead cross-functional Decision Center meetings for abnormal demand
- •Enter mid-cycle forecast changes in the Operational Forecast in OMP
- •Coordinate real-time prioritization of sales orders and deliveries
- •Define execution-level prioritization schemes with management teams
- •Advise customer service and order fulfillment on demand policies
- •Collect monthly forecasts from the commercial team for critical items
- •Upload forecast data to OMP
