## About the job We are looking for a Demand and Labor Planner to strengthen our global supply chain team. This strategic role is essential to ensure efficient labor planning, manage labor costs, and optimize demand forecasting processes to maximize product availability,  to improve service level to the Customer; minimizing slow / no moving product having impact on net working capital. The Demand and Labor Planner will closely collaborate with supply chain management, HR, commercial team and Shared service center inventory planner to optimally align workforce requirements with operational needs and accurately forecast future demand to replenish the inventory. ## What You Can Expect * Labor and Demand Planning: You will be responsible for labor and demand planning within the Home Solutions business across the DACH region (2 warehouses). This includes managing a business exceeding €100 million and a warehouse workforce of approximately 80 FTEs. You will ensure that labor requirements and demand forecasts are accurately aligned with operational goals and business development. * Adapting to the Maturity Levels of Each Entity: You will adapt your planning approaches and processes to the maturity levels of each location and business unit. Where needed, you will roll up your sleeves and actively develop the necessary processes and input signals to ensure precise and reliable demand planning. * Collaboration with the Commercial Team: Close cooperation with the commercial team (sales and marketing) to create detailed and realistic demand forecasts that account for market changes and sales trends. You will ensure that these forecasts are integrated into the workforce planning processes. * Lead the Demand plan meeting to finalize the monthly demand with Commercial Head as first step of the S&OP process. * Be the SPOC vs European Shared Service to monitor inventory level, highlighting priorities and criticalities. * Lead the weekly Service Level review to identify root causes for missing service and define remedy action * Lead the weekly Labor Meeting to ensure right workforce will be available in the coming weeks on the shopfloor * Process Development and Optimization: You will continuously develop and optimize labor and demand planning processes to ensure high efficiency and accuracy. You will leverage modern analytical tools and methods to enhance forecasting accuracy and cost optimization. * Reporting and Communication: Regular reporting to senior management on progress and accuracy of labor and demand planning. This will include identifying areas for improvement and presenting actionable recommendations. * Commitment to Organizational Development: You will contribute to the further development of organizational structures and processes in line with Franke’s strategic goals, ensuring that various teams collaborate effectively. ## What We Are Looking For * A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * At least 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, labor planning, or a similar role within a global supply chain environment. * Strong knowledge of planning tools and SAP S4/HANA, Excel, or other ERP systems. * Experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, and workforce optimization. * Fluency in English (German is mandatory) any other language is a plus * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. ## What we offer you You will be offered an interesting and responsible position with numerous opportunities for shaping and development at an international, growing company characterized by flexibility.
