We’re seeking a Delivery Operations Lead to architect and lead a scalable project that collects, organizes, and analyzes individual staff status reports across multiple workstreams to generate actionable insights and client-facing reports. In this role, you will design and implement a reporting framework that captures monthly status inputs from staff across task orders and work areas. You’ll establish standardized templates and tools to collect key data points, manage a centralized system for intake and analysis, and drive a recurring reporting process that supports monthly, quarterly, and biannual reporting needs. You’ll collaborate with delivery teams and client stakeholders to translate raw inputs into executive-level insights, identifying gaps, themes, risks, and opportunities. You’ll facilitate working sessions to refine program objectives through the lens of delivery data and create visual and narrative outputs such as PowerPoints, dashboards, or summaries to support strategic decisions. Your expertise in project management, process improvement, and operational reporting will enable you to streamline workflows, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and enhance visibility into program performance. You’ll also ensure that all operations align with internal best practices and client expectations, continuously evolving the reporting process to meet changing needs. The world can’t wait. **You Have:** * 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery operations, or business operations in a complex, matrixed environment * Experience supporting federal government clients or operating within highly regulated industries * Experience designing and managing structured reporting systems or intake processes for operational data, including status reports or performance metrics * Experience building client-facing reports, executive presentations, and briefings with clear narrative and visuals * Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint * Experience facilitating meetings, collecting feedback, and building consensus across teams and stakeholders * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards * Ability to interpret and organize qualitative and quantitative inputs into meaningful insights and executive-level outputs, including presenting complex information to technical and non-technical audiences * Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor’s degree **Nice If You Have:** * Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheet * Experience with project lifecycle frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid, and process improvement methodologies, including Lean or Six Sigma * Knowledge of tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Airtable, or other project intake and tracking platforms * Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills * Possession of excellent data analysis and synthesis skills * PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile Certification, including SAFe or Scrum Master Certification **Clearance:** Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. **Compensation** At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
