# Database Performance Specialist (m/f/d) **DEU - Trier** | **Full time** **Do you want a job with a purpose?** **And do you want to make healthcare safer, better and more reliable?** **Join our Team!** We are looking for you, located in **Trier or 100% remote in Germany** as a **Database Performance Specialist (m/f/d)** **Your tasks are:** * Perform Performance Analysis on Database Level in pre-production and production environments * Develop and maintain performance and monitoring framework and guidelines * Contribute to installability, portability, scalability and servicability of our products * Deliver re-usable application components that help the organization to monitor and control performance * Ensure consistency and the way our framework is used * Maintain and further develop framework components, such as Application Server Framework, Kubernetes Framework etc. * Perform Software design and architecture reviews to evaluate and iterate the designs * Work with both local and international product teams * Ensure regular reporting wrt. Status and progress **You’ll bring in:** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or information systems or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience * More than 5 years of experience is a plus * Strong know how in min 3 of the following technologies: Oracle DBA, PostgreSQL, Enterprise DB, Oracle Statspack, Oracle AWR, SQL, PL/SQL, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL, PL&/SQL, Networking Infrastructure, ORBIS RGEN Reports, JMeter, Grafana, Dynatrace * Enthusiasms for modern technologies * Problem solving as a hobby * Experience in Software Design, planning and concept creation **What we offer:** * Permanent employment contract with attractive salary for a long-term perspective * Flexible working hours and working time models – for a good work-life-balance * Home office incl.
