Anforderungen
- •6+ years of experience in a data-driven, quantitative, or machine learning role
- •Proven experience managing, mentoring, or leading a team of Data Scientists or analysts
- •Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, xgboost) and SQL (MySQL, Postgres, Snowflake), and Tableau
- •Proven experience with classification models, anomaly detection algorithms, and graph networks
- •Proven experience in deploying and productionizing ML services with understanding of MLOps concepts
- •Expertise in managing technical and non-technical stakeholders
- •Strong problem-solving capabilities and business understanding
- •Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
- •Experience with ML orchestration frameworks like Metaflow, Apache Flink, and similar tools
