Anforderungen
- •Advanced level university degree in economics or relevant field
- •First-level university degree in relevant field with additional two years of experience
- •At least five years of relevant experience
- •Excellent command of English
- •Working knowledge of a second official language (French, Spanish)
- •Strong background in data science and machine learning techniques
- •Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
- •Discipline in following strict deadlines
- •Keen attention to detail and outcome quality
- •Ability to organize and balance multiple areas of work
- •Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- •Demonstration of gender-sensitive and non-discriminatory behaviour

- •Contribute to working papers through analysis and drafting
- •Analyze big data using econometric and machine learning techniques
- •Prepare and analyze cross-country labour force data
- •Organize Python code for generating skills and variables
- •Respond to ad hoc requests regarding code and analyses
- •Modify figures and tables for the upcoming Flagship Report
- •Develop concepts for obtaining administrative data
- •Merge administrative data with online vacancy and job applicant data
- •Support the communication strategy for the Flagship Report
