## Job Description **DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN DATA PRODUCTS** In this role, you'll understand business needs and translate them into impactful data products that empower business units to make informed decisions in the field of marketing media. You'll directly support data-driven strategies, uncover new opportunities, and deliver measurable business value. **DRIVE AND ENSURE A PROPER DATA** **ARCHITECTURE** You'll also lead the design and implementation of scalable, efficient, and robust data architectures. You'll ensure alignment with business requirements, industry best practices, and future-proof technologies to support marketing media activities. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with innovative approaches and cutting-edge tools. **MANAGE DATA INTEGRATIONS AND WORKFLOWS** On the other hand, you'll oversee and continuously improve data integration processes and workflows, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems and data sources across the marketing media ecosystem. **DATA DRIVEN ORGANISATION** You'll play a key role in driving our organization’s growth as a data-driven entity and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing media analysts, and technical teams, to shape the technical landscape, integrate data systems effectively, and ensure data is at the core of decision-making. **TEAM & COLLABORATION** Last but not least, you'll be a proactive and communicative member of our team, driving innovation in data systems and architectures. You'll inspire others to embrace a data-first mindset and contribute to our evolving data journey. Success in this role will be measured by the impact of data products delivered, the efficiency of workflows, and the adoption of data-driven decision-making. ## Qualifications At least 3 years of experience working in data-centric roles, with a strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and data engineering concepts to effectively drive data product development. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Fluent in English, German is a plus Strong stakeholder management skills, including conducting user research and interviews to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and align diverse stakeholders around a shared product vision. Persistent, systematic, and analytical thinking, with strong attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems. Data or media technology focused education or equivalent work experience. A passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging trends in data technologies and best practices. Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and hands-on data engineering knowledge is a strong plus. Experience in marketing media data setups and familiarity with media-related tools, platforms, or datasets is a plus. ## Additional Information Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
