We are looking to strengthen our privacy team and if you are interested in stepping into the privacy field with like-minded ambitious colleagues in an established company, we encourage you to apply and join our team in Vienna headquarters.
## Your tasks
* Track and update our records of processing activities and related assets at Greentube Group companies
* Liaise with the Privacy Team as well as other stakeholders (e.g. Privacy Coordinators) to be aware of the latest developments within the company in terms of new processing activities, and map these independently
* Run PIAs, DPIAs, Legitimate Interest Assessments, and other assessments as seen necessary
* Respond to privacy queries coming from different internal/external channels (e.g. authorities, 3rd party institutions, B2B partners, ...)
* Maintain ongoing monitoring of court decisions, penalties and data breaches
* Support with implementing staff awareness and training programs on data privacy and best practices within Greentube Group
## Your profile
* Educational background in law, IT, business or similar field
* Working experience in project management, implementing processes and procedures, and/or audit experience is of advantage
* Good knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, specifically GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
* Good knowledge of privacy management systems, OneTrust Privacy Management Software would be an advantage
* Strong interest in privacy and data protection, attentive to the changes in the privacy landscape
* Good understanding of different applications and systems, importance of IT security in relation to data protection
* Excellent communication skills and proven ability in writing clear and professional emails
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
