Anforderungen

•Law degree or comparable qualification
•At least 2-3 years of work experience in data protection/compliance
•Extensive knowledge of GDPR, BDSG, Compliance
•Excellent business knowledge with awareness of compliance risks
•Proficiency in using MS Office
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Teamwork skills and openness to exploring new areas
•Proficiency in German and English, additional language skills beneficial

•Develop and implement data protection and compliance processes
•Provide independent legal advice on data protection law
•Support the enhancement of the data protection management system
•Analyze data protection laws and compliance requirements

•Assist in internal investigations and risk assessments
•Handle data protection inquiries from employees and authorities
•Consult on antitrust issues related to distribution
