Data Engineer(m/w/x)

#### YOUR ROLE * Are you interested in creating value from data? * Become part of our team and contribute to the development and optimization of Henkel’s data assets through innovative engineering practices. * Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining a variety of data solutions, from analytics reporting pipelines to projects in data science, including GenAI applications. * Write production-quality code while following best practices for maintainability, testing, and CI/CD pipelines. * Take on a diverse set of tasks within analytics, applying your expertise to contribute across different projects in the Henkel Consumer Brands. * Work collaboratively in our agile team setting, aiming for the swift delivery of high-quality data products. #### YOUR SKILLS * Master’s degree in data engineering, IT, Science, or a related field. * 5+ years experience in data engineering, showcasing a history of developing and managing extensive data infrastructures. * Proficiency in Python and a good understanding of a cloud ecosystem, with a focus on cloud-based data solutions and services like Azure Databricks. * A strong base in software engineering principles, including familiarity with code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices. * Demonstrated skills in data modeling, feature engineering, and managing model lifecycles. * English communication skills, both in writing and speaking, to facilitate productive collaboration in an international team setting.
