•Proven experience leading and developing Data Engineers
•Strong hands-on background in Python
•Strong hands-on background in SQL
•Experience working with cloud-based data platforms
•Experience with orchestration tools
•Experience with Python, SQL, dbt, Airflow, AWS (S3, Lambda), Redshift, Kafka, or Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. Terraform)
•Familiarity with marketing and commercial data sources
•Ability to build and operate stable, scalable, and well-tested data pipelines
•Ability to create high-quality data models with strong documentation and observability
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement in data quality
