- •Strong experience with Databricks and certifications such as Data Engineer Associate/Professional
- •Solid skills in Python, SQL, Spark, Delta Lake, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- •Consulting mindset, communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to translate business needs into data solutions
- •Understanding of data governance, data quality concepts, and secure data access management (Unity Catalog preferred)
- •Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in agile project environments with complex enterprise data landscapes
- •Fluent in English and German with presentation skills
