## Data Centre & Cloud Services Tower Manager
#### We want you to grow with us
We are expanding our IT Infrastructure Services team and looking for a **Data Centre & Cloud Services Tower Manager**. In this role, you will report directly to the Team Lead IT Infrastructure Services and take ownership of the design, architecture, and management of our group-wide cloud services—covering on-site, public, and private cloud environments. You will define and maintain technology standards aligned with industry best practices, manage the technology roadmap, and propose innovative solutions that support Intersnack’s business strategy. In addition, you will play a key role in capacity planning, performance monitoring, and continuous service improvement to meet our evolving business needs.

#### How you will spend your time as our next Data Centre & Cloud Services Tower Manager
* Manage the portfolio, lifecycle, and service delivery of Data Centre & Cloud services, ensuring performance, availability and business continuity.
* Develop and maintain technology standards and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with IT governance frameworks (ITIL, ISO 27001/2, GDPR) and industry best practices.
* Identify and implement IT solutions in project environments that enhance scalability, support new service needs, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen security—contributing directly to Intersnack’s digital transformation goals.
* Maintain a comprehensive service catalogue, detailing all Data Centre & Cloud services and enabling consistent service delivery across the organisation.
* Oversee vendor management, service providers, and internal IT personnel to ensure effective IT service management (ITSM) and strong contractual performance.
* Establish and track service metrics, monitor and report on service levels, and identify areas for improvement to optimise efficiency and performance.
* Handle technical incidents and complex problem resolution in collaboration with third-party partners, while managing change processes to minimise production risks and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
## Requirements
#### What we expect of you
* Extensive professional background in IT, with proven expertise in IT service management, infrastructure environments, and team or service leadership.
* In-depth knowledge of data centre operations, virtualisation, networking, storage, backup systems, and security standards.
* Proven hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and familiarity with IaaS best practices.
* Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management and experience supporting global IT operations.
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with experience in capacity planning and service optimisation.
* Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach to stakeholder and vendor management.
* Familiarity with vendor management, contract performance tracking, and budget awareness.

* Ability to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural / geographically diverse environment
