Anforderungen
- •University degree in business or STEM
- •5+ years hybrid consulting and Data & AI-related work experience
- •Strong consulting foundations: effective communication, project management, running workshops, selling consulting work, pragmatism, output-focused work
- •Work or consulting experience in banking sector, deep knowledge of its value chain, challenges, key trends related to Data & AI
- •Expertise in data and/or AI strategy, governance, and management
- •Expertise with Data & AI implementation projects, from idea to production
- •Demonstrated ability to inspire, build and lead interdisciplinary teams
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- •Assertiveness, eloquence, proactivity, and enthusiasm
- •Customer-centric thinking and communication across disciplines and seniority levels
- •Results-oriented with ability to win over stakeholders and decision-makers

- •Ensure Data & AI projects generate expected impact
- •Develop tailored offerings with Banking sales colleagues
- •Drive project proposals for Data & AI initiatives

- •Enable technical implementations of AI applications and data platforms
- •Consult clients on organizational aspects of Data & AI transformations
- •Promote governance, education, and processes for successful transformations
- •Serve as an ambassador and thought leader in the banking industry
- •Support team and talent development in banking-focused Data & AI consulting
